Swazona Media

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of swazona.media and the Swazona Media service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

If you're using Swazona Media on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

The service

Swazona Media audits your social accounts, builds a monthly marketing strategy and content plan, produces content, and, once you approve it, publishes it to your connected accounts.

If you choose to enable it, we also manage advertising campaigns on your own ad account. Every automated capability has an autopilot scope you control, and a kill switch that stops activity immediately.

Your account

You agree to give accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One account is meant for one business. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you onboard.

Subscriptions, purchases, and payment

Paddle.com Market Ltd is our Merchant of Record and processes every payment: subscriptions, one-time purchases, invoicing, tax, and refunds. Prices and packages are listed at swazona.media/pricing and can change with notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no penalty. Refunds follow Paddle's standard policies.

Your ad spend stays yours

When ad management is enabled, your advertising budget is charged by the ad platform (for example, Meta) directly to your own ad account and payment method. Swazona Media never collects, holds, or transfers your ad spend.

Our subscription fee covers our management service only, never the media budget itself.

Your content and connected accounts

You must own, or be authorized to use, everything you upload or connect: brand assets, business information, and any Facebook Page or Instagram account you link.

You grant us a license to use that material solely to deliver the service to you (building your strategy, producing your content, publishing it, and reporting on it). You can disconnect any account at any time.

Approvals and autopilot

By default, nothing publishes and no ad spends without your explicit approval. If you turn on an autopilot scope, you are authorizing us to publish content and, where selected, run ad campaigns automatically within the limits shown in your dashboard.

You can change your autopilot scope or use the kill switch to stop all activity at any time.

Acceptable use

You won't use the service for content that is illegal, deceptive, or that violates the policies of the platforms we publish to. Restricted categories (for example, health claims or financial promises) must follow the disclosure rules those platforms require.

We can refuse, remove, or pause content or campaigns that we reasonably believe break platform policy or the law.

No guaranteed results

We work to grow your reach, engagement, and return on ad spend, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, your market, and your own offer. We do not guarantee specific results.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, abuse of the service, illegal activity, or a serious violation of platform policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.

See "What happens when you leave" below for what happens to your data and connections when your account ends.

What happens when you leave

When your subscription ends, whether by cancellation, non-payment, or a deletion request, we revoke and delete every connected-account access token immediately.

We can export a copy of your audits, strategy, plan, and decision ledger to you. We retain only the minimal billing records tax law requires and delete the rest, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy's data-deletion section.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Swazona Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. This does not limit liability where the law does not allow it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification.
